The Role

We’re looking for a highly motivated, experienced Product Marketing Manager to drive the growth of SurveyMonkey CX to help organizations around the world manage their customer experience and delight customers.

This Product Marketing Manager role requires an understanding of all aspects of product marketing and marketing channels. Your core responsibilities include driving growth of our SurveyMonkey CX product by driving the product strategy and execution. You will also craft the messaging and positioning for the product to differentiate it in the market. You should have experience in growth-focused product marketing for Enterprise SaaS solutions, plus an exceptional track record of developing and launching products through close collaboration with Product, Demand Generation, Online Marketing, Email Marketing, Marketing Communications, Sales, Customer Success, and Strategy.



  • Grow the SurveyMonkey CX business in English speaking countries through a sales assisted motion.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategy including positioning, messaging, pricing, marketing plans, sales enablement plans, and rollout sequencing
  • Develop and execute marketing optimization strategies with a goal of driving acquisition, lifting conversion rates, increasing engagement, and growing revenue
  • Be the customer advocate that always has the pulse on the mind of your customer and institutionalizes that knowledge in the organization
  • Drive competitive analysis for the customer experience market
  • Partner with the content team in the creation of product content (e.g. customer case studies, product videos, website copy, blog posts, collateral, etc.)



  • 4+ years in internet technology and Enterprise SaaS Product Marketing
  • Deep understanding of B2B sales
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong independent project management skills: ability to prioritize high impact activities and keep complicated projects moving forward
  • Track record of successfully influencing and collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Strong understanding of the different marketing channels in digital marketing
